Paul R. Duffy
Mr. Duffy focuses his practice primarily on Personal Injury and Subrogation. Upon graduation, Mr. Duffy was selected as law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Hamer for the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Duffy entered private practice in 1987 with the firm of Bumgartner, Hardin & Ellis and handled general litigation defense matters. Mr. Duffy was next associated with the law firm of Gennet, Kallmann, Antin & Robinson in Parsippany, New Jersey.
In February of 1995, Mr. Duffy opened his own practice in Liberty Corner, New Jersey specializing in subrogation and insurance defense matters. In July of 1996, Mr. Duffy joined practices with William J. Kearns. The firm’s most recent client list includes National General, Amtrust, Chubb, Ace, Cumberland, Narragansett, Spartan Recoveries, Zurich, and Sentry Claims.
